Dennis Rodriguez (he/him/his)
Dennis is a part of the executive team at Black and Veatch, a global engineering, procurement, consulting, and construction company specializing in infrastructure development. As a part of his role with BV, he is responsible for all business development related to public sector alternative delivery within the Western United States.
Prior to joining BV in 2021, Dennis served as Chief City Executive for Siemens in the Western U.S. and was responsible for the company’s strategic approach to its key municipal clients across the Western United States.
Previous to that position, Dennis served as a senior aide to a Los Angeles City Councilmember.
Active in his communities, Dennis has served as a Director for numerous organizations through the years; including, the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, the Central City Association, the Bay Area Council in San Francisco, the Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative, the Friends of Expo Park and now the LA League of Conversation Voters. Dennis is a graduate of the California State University of Northridge, received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School and lives with his family in the LA region.
