LOS ANGELES COUNTY (April 28, 2026) — The Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters (LALCV), which supports pro-environment candidates throughout Los Angeles County, endorses Vivian Malauulu for Long Beach City Council District 7.
Vivian Malauulu brings a strong connection to workers, residents, and families across the City of Long Beach. As a longshore worker at the twin ports, she understands the importance of building a sustainable Long Beach that supports working communities, safe and vibrant neighborhoods, and environmental justice. She will bring fresh energy, lived experience, and a community-centered vision to the City Council.
“I’m honored to be endorsed by the Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters. Environmental justice is not a separate issue in Long Beach—it’s directly tied to the health, economic stability, and quality of life of our communities, especially on the Westside,” said Vivian Malauulu. “As someone who has worked at the intersection of labor, education, and industry, I understand that building a cleaner future must also mean creating good-paying jobs and real opportunities for working families. I’m committed to advancing sustainable policies that reduce pollution, protect our neighborhoods, and ensure that the benefits of a clean economy are shared by everyone. I’m proud to have LALCV’s support as we work toward a healthier, more equitable Long Beach.”
