LALCV Endorses Quemars Ahmed for La Cañada Flintridge City Council

LOS ANGELES COUNTY (April 28, 2026) — The Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters (LALCV), which supports pro-environment candidates throughout Los Angeles County, endorses Quemars Ahmed for La Cañada Flintridge City Council. 

Quemars is an environmental and climate leader with deep roots in his community. As a founding member and appointee to the Sustainability and Resilience Commission, he has gained firsthand experience advancing action-oriented climate policy and navigating city government. He understands that affordable housing, fire safety, and climate resilience must be addressed together to build a safer, more sustainable future for residents.
