L.A. League of Conservation Voters endorsements for Torrance: Furey for Mayor and Goodrich, Weideman & See for City Council

L.A. COUNTY – The Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters (LALCV) – which has supported pro-environment municipal candidates in Los Angeles County for more than three decades –announced its endorsement of Councilmember Pat Furey for Torrance City Mayor, and Kurt Weideman, Tim Goodrich and Alex See for Torrance City Council. The primary election is June 3rd.

“Torrance has a host of vital environmental and public health priorities – from better water quality and greater conservation, to green jobs, green building and green streets,” said LALCV President Tom Eisenhauer. “Pat Furey, Alex See, Tim Goodrich and Kurt Weideman will provide the people of Torrance the effective leadership they deserve. They’ll be an extraordinary team for Torrance.”
