Danni Wang (she/her/hers)
Danni Wang is the Communications Director for California State Senator Dave Min. Her responsibilities include overseeing all press and media operations in the office. Previously, Danni was the communications director for Assemblywoman Christy Smith in her assembly office and her congressional campaign. Prior to that, Danni worked for an assemblymember representing the Eastside of Los Angeles.
Since grade school, Danni has been heavily involved in student journalism. This culminated in her participation with the Daily Trojan, University of Southern California’s daily collegiate newspaper. During her senior year of college, Danni served as the paper’s Editor-in-Chief.
Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, Danni came to Los Angeles to attend the University of Southern California, where she received a B.A. in Psychology and minor in Gender Studies. She’s fully a Los Angeles convert — except when it comes to the Kansas City Royals!
