Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters endorses
Deborah Klein Lopez, for Agoura Hills City Council
(Los Angeles County) – The Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters (LALCV) – supporting pro-environment candidates throughout Los Angeles County – announced its endorsement of Mayor Deborah Klein Lopez, candidate for Agoura Hills City Council.
“Mayor Klein Lopez is a thoughtful and determined leader who has focused her time in office on protecting her constituents’ health through environmental measures and fought to acquire open space for local wildlife. She helped guide residents through the trials of the Woolsey Fire and the Covid-19 pandemic, which were unprecedented in the City’s history. She championed the City’s first Climate Action and Adaptation Plan, and if re-elected, she can work to implement it.” said Stephanie Molen, LALCV Past-President and Boardmember.
“I’m honored to earn my second LALCV endorsement after receiving the prestigious Smith-Weiss Environmental Champion Award. It means I’m living up to the commitments I have made to LALCV, and to my constituents: that I am bringing environmental and climate justice to the City of Agoura Hills,” said Mayor Deborah Klein Lopez.
