Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters endorses Henry Bouchot for

Whittier City Council, District 2

(Los Angeles County) – The Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters (LALCV) – which has supported pro-environment candidates and measures in Los Angeles County, for more than three decades. Today announced its endorsement of Henry Bouchot for Whittier City Council District 2.

“We are proud to endorse Henry Bouchot for Whittier City Council. His awareness and knowledge of the environmental impacts on the community and his desire to address quality of life issues with the people of Whittier is commendable. He’s been vocal in advocating for renewable energy and increased access to local parks and open space. Henry’s dedication to public service as a Marine Captain that served in Afghanistan led him to form a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting disabled military veterans. He’s ready to deepen his leadership in the community and support a healthier, more sustainable Whittier” said LALCV Board Member Yvette Lopez-Ledesma.
