The link above will take you to the L.A. County Registrar of Voters where you find information ranging from registering to vote to election results. You will also be able to find a list of City Clerks at this site. You will have to do some searching to find what you are looking for.

You can also go to the League of Women Voters website at www.smartvoter.org/ca/la to find election results for current as well as past elections. This site is much easier to navigate than the Registrar but has less information.

For information about elections in the City of Los Angeles go to the City’s website at http://lacity.org Then go to the City Clerk and/or the Ethics Commission site. The Ethics Commission site generally has much more information about candidates because they have to declare fund raising with the Commission.

For information about cities other than Los Angeles you can Google the name of the city and look for the City Clerk page. The information at these sites varies greatly and you may have to call the City Clerk for the information you are looking for.
