Andre Charles
Andre Charles is a political consultant with over 20 years of campaign experience. He has consulted
for Californian candidates and ballot measures statewide and locally. His political career began in the
mid-nineties as a membership representative for the California League of Conservation Voters. Over
the past two decades he has worked to elect candidates for City Council, School Board, Board of
Supervisors, Special Districts, State Assembly, State Senate and Congress, and consulted for
independent expenditure campaigns, local land use measures, school bonds, transportation bonds
and dedicated sales taxes across the state and nation.
In the 2022 Cycle, 69% of candidates Charles was the lead consultant for won their elections.
Charles also consulted for the California Senior Advocates League (a statewide advocacy organization for senior citizens), the Wellstone Democratic Renewal Club PAC and the San Bernardino County Democratic Party.
Currently, Charles serves as the Political & Data Director for Activate America, a federal Super PAC
that helped keep control of the U.S. Senate by winning seats in Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania.
In the same role, Charles helped flip 7 Republican held Congressional Districts in California in 2018
and 4 U.S. Senate seats in 2020. He has also been honored multiple times by the American
Association of Political Consultants for political mailers (including two awards last election cycle), and
he is the President of the Democrats of North Orange County.
