Diana P. León
Diana León is the Client Experience Manager for all of the SoCal GEARYS Rolex Boutiques. Though her professional role is currently outside of the public sector, Diana’s trajectory as a passionate and devoted community leader dates far back in her life.
As a first-generation Latina to two Mexican parents from Hidalgo, Diana was born and raised in Corona, California, and has lived throughout many cities in SoCal from Corona, Downey, Hawthorne, Culver City, West Hollywood, and now Santa Monica. She is very proud of her roots and notes her family and community as a driving force in all she does. Her myriad of living experiences also represents her wide range of work experience.
Diana graduated from UCLA with a degree in Political Science and Civic Engagement. She has spent time working on all levels of government – local, regional, and national – doing Communications, Campaign, and Advocacy work in the Mayor of Los Angeles’ office, Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California, and the Democratic National Committee. She also worked at UCLA’s Events and Transportation Office leading alternative commute option programs for staff and students to encourage a more sustainable approach to traveling to campus and reducing the university’s environmental footprint.
Diana is passionate about protecting and preserving our environment and strongly believes that we all – in our own special way – can contribute to maintaining the beauty of our planet and all the species it inhabits. On an ideal day, you can find her walking her beagle, Benji, by the beach with one of LA’s beautiful sunsets as a backdrop.
