Francis Choi
Francis Choi serves as Senior Advisor, Regulatory Affairs for Clean Power Alliance of Southern California. He began his career by analyzing energy and transportation issues in the California State Assembly and worked as a political organizer. He also served as an attorney at Milbank LLP, where he facilitated purchases and project financing of renewable energy resources and other infrastructure projects. Francis obtained a JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where he received an award for co-writing the Best Master’s Paper in Environmental Economics.
Francis and his family reside in El Sereno and he can be found hiking, running, and climbing all around California.
