L.A. League of Conservation Voters endorses Linda Northrup for Agoura Hills City Council
(Los Angeles County) – The Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters (LALCV) – which has supported pro-environment local candidates throughout Los Angeles County for more than three decades – today announced its endorsement of Linda Northrup for election to the Agoura Hills City Council in the upcoming November 3 election.
“Linda Northrup has a strong record of thoughtful, effective leadership for Agoura Hills,” said LALCV President Tom Eisenhauer. “On the City Council, she’ll be an extraordinary advocate for the pro-environment priorities vital to public health and quality of life in Agoura Hills – from reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality, to protecting open space and promoting smarter water use.”
Northrup currently serves as Agoura Hills Planning Commission Chair. She graduated from Agoura Hills High School, is a business owner and practices law in the Conejo Valley, and is on the Board of the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
