Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters endorses Jeannine Pearce for Long Beach City Council 2nd District
(Los Angeles County) – The Los Angeles League of Conservation Voters (LALCV) – which has supported pro-environment local candidates throughout Los Angeles County for more than three decades – today announced its endorsement of Jeannine Pearce for Long Beach City Council 2nd District in the upcoming June 7th election.
“Jeannine Pearce is a dedicated environmental leader and will play an important role in the City of Long Beach, advancing zero emissions at the port and protecting communities from toxic facilities that put local resident at risk of health impacts,” said Stephanie Molen, LALCV Vice President.
Jeannine has spent years strengthening civic engagement for all residents. She has worked to be fair and to give everyone a seat at the table, opening up the decision-making process so that it will be inclusive and transparent.
